In Buffalo, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across New York vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.
The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 7:30 amβ4:30 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Buffalo is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Buffalo follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This is the best place to bring your vehicle if you want friendly, trustworthy and honest service. I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff. 5 stars is not enough. Russo's has been servicing one of my vehicles for years and has made me a loyal customer.

Didn't actually get work done with them because they said it'd be over $700 to fix the driver side door handle. :/ Maybe it's petty to leave a bad review but I went to get an estimate elsewhere and got the handle fixed for $90... The difference is the only reason I'm leaving a review. Their more intense car work might be affordable, but I'm just giving people a heads up, if you're getting something small fixed, Russo's probably isn't the place.

My battery in my key starter died abruptly and I needed it to be changed ASAP. I called the owner was so kind and said no problem. Head on over he changed my key battery ASAP. It Was my first time in the place and it is absolutely gorgeous. They have this little showroom and in general itβs the nicest auto shop I have ever been to!!

I had some steering/tire issues and they were able to get me in quick for those repairs. The car was driving super smooth and then I unfortunately got side-swiped on the highway. I was able to call the shop and they were able to refer me to two towing companies and walked me through the accident process. Everyone was so kind and understanding throughout everything. Car was sent in and a week later, everything was done. THEY EVEN DETAILED IT!! So grateful to have found this shop and I will definitely be returning for any future issues (hopefully not anytime soon). Can't recommend them enough!

Recently after doing some research (including looking at the positive comments) I had my vehicle towed to Russo's after speaking with someone who worked there. Once my car got there, I was informed I would receive a callback once a mechanic did an inspection. This didn't occur because it was almost closing time, so I was told I would receive a call the next day with an assessment and a price quote. Well, the next day I waited and waited for most of the day for the promised call in vain. As a result, I went over to Russo's shop to find out what was going on. Much to my surprise, the guy I spoke to was extremely rude when I asked why he hadn't called back as if I dated to ask a "superior" a question. Then he quoted a starter job as being over $800 while become visibly angry when I questioned this price. In a VERY snarky tone, he did something that worked out for the best. He told me I needed to take my ride somewhere else. Here's how God works, I had my car towed to another place using my AAA membership, and had a great job done for less than half the price. So even though that nasty individual thought he was hurting me (for unknown reasons) things worked out even better for me. He t
